Safely train your Spanish speaking
employees by making sure they understand the message.
Safety is of primary
importance and every effort must be made to assure our programs are effective
and that our employees understand how to reduce the risk of injury to
themselves and their coworkers. Karen has completed
the OSHA Compliance Workshop. Working with your safety manager, she can
provide required training sessions in Spanish for your employees, covering
Safe Lifting Techniques, Hazard Communication, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Bloodborne
Pathogens, and MSDS.
OSHA Regulations* require
forklift training on site with refresher courses every three years or
when unsafe practices have been observed. Karen is qualified to provide
this training in English and Spanish.
